Are Paid Surveys Real?

YES! I was very excited to find out there are people who will pay my happy butt to stay at home and answer questions to their surveys. I thought 'Sign me up!' I had tried many before that seemed fishy... because they were. I can't tell you how many times I have fallen for fakes, only to realize it after my inbox is flooded with spam. 

What you need to know:

-They are going to pay YOU so you will NOT need to spend money to start. It's free to you!

-You will NOT have to sign up or complete offers to get a membership. 

-Most companies will send you lifestyle surveys to gauge the type of surveys to send you. 

-The beginning of each survey will ask 'qualifying' questions to see if you are part of their target group. (They may ask if you own a pet, then are you the one who purchases they pet food. If the survey is about pet food marketing and you don't own a pet, well, they don't need your thoughts and you aren't going to want to answer those questions.)

-Surveys don't pay much. I've found they range from $.50 to $5 per survey depending on length and other factors. 

-Some companies will send you, if you agree, products to test! You try them out in your home and take the survey online later. I've been sent items such as diapers, toilet paper, soda and sanitizing wipes, just to name a few! 

-Each company is different, but all of them require a minimum earned dollar amount to redeem your payout. Sometimes $5, sometimes $20. It depends, but they add up fast. 

-You can choose gift cards instead of a mailed check.

Clear Lip Liner: Why?

Did you know they made clear lip liner? I remember the first time I discovered it. I was going through the Mary kay brochure from my Beauty Consultant picking out my next order of goodies. I saw lip liner in color: clear. I thought "What the heck? Who wears clear? That's not even a color. How dumb. What sort of idiot buys this?" Turns out a lot of ladies buy this. And for good reason. Clear lip liner is diverse in that it can be used with any shade of lipstick your heart desires. 

The majority of the time it is used for when dawning the bold red lip. Instead of trying to match your lip liner to the perfect hue you've already selected- just use clear. It saves a lot of time and money and frustration  Have you even mismatched your lip liner and your lipstick? Disaster. The liner will hold your color longer than going without and fine tune the outline of your mouth. I suggest using lip liner anytime you go bold or bright. Everyone will be eyeing your pretty color so make sure its for all the right reasons.
